Little risk of clashing with your criteria.

What to watch out for

  • Alcoholic additives such as cooking wine or mirin can be hidden in some dishes.
  • Lard and other pork products are common in some cuisines.
  • Cross-contact can happen in a shared pan or on shared equipment.
  • With street food, keep an eye on hygiene.

Does this dish contain cooking wine or alcohol?

Did you use pork or lard?

Could you swap the meat for seafood?
